Say hello to Noel Morata

Just recently back from a nine month around the world travel adventure, photographer, writer and blogger, Noel Morata returned to find out he had multiple health issues with his blood work to include a pre-diabetes diagnosis, foot issues with plantar fasciitis on both feet and deteriorating arthritis to both hands, wrists and joints.

Determined not to take medications and address the root cause his conditions, Noel strived to find a better balance and change direction. Starting with making changes to his diet and committed to healthier food, deeper sleep and moving away from bad habits, Noel learned that you can make a lot of these changes and have a direct impact to a normal lifestyle that keeps his health conditions in check and self-monitoring as a way to control this outcome in a natural and none-medicated assistance
