Healthy apple sausage casserole recipe

This is one of my favorite breakfast dishes that adds the crunchy and flavor of apples with low carb sausages that makes this so warm and inviting as a first morning meal. The eggs and cheese add just enough of a compliment to the dish to make the casserole so delicious and yet nutritious

What makes this healthy and low carb is the fantastic ingredients that are all fantastic to use including the turkey sausage, apples, almond milk, onions and egg mixture. It bakes to a nice golden brown and delicious to eat fresh from the oven or reheated separately.

How long can this store in the fridge?

You can keep your casserole dish in the fridge between 3-5 days unless you serve it for a gathering in which you can typically eat up the entire dish.
