Best tasting keto chicken quesadilla and fast
One of my favorite easy dishes is this keto chicken quesadilla. If you have all the ingredients ready, assembly and cooking goes relatively fast and you’ll be eating your meal very quickly.
I’m so addicted to quesadilla and finding out that you can make healthy quesadilla, I had to make this immediately and it’s so satisfying that you can also use healthy ingredients to create a delicious snack or appetizer or a main entree.

Ingredients to Keto Chicken Quesadilla
1 cup of chicken breasts cooked and cut up into small chunk pieces
1 cup of black beans prepared
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup of low carb salsa
1/2 cup of mixed shredded cheese
1 large bell pepper
1 large avocado cut up and diced into small pieces
2 tbsp chili powder
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced
1 tbsp tumeric
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp canola oil
How to make this Keto Chicken Quesadilla
In a large skillet add your oil and garlic until you get those wonderful smells, then add your beans and chicken
Add your tomatoes, tumeric, chili powder, salt and pepper to taste
Last add your cut tomatoes and turn off heat and set aside from burner
In a prep area, lay out your bottom low carb tortilla and then spread out your cut up avocado pieces and smush them into tortilla and then add your cheese around like a pizza.
Spoon your chicken and bean recipe around the quesadilla and place another tortilla on top and try to flatten it down.
