Easy keto breakfast sausage patties recipe
When I’m in the mood for a flavorful breakfast sausage, this is my fall back to a delicious sausage patty that delivers fantastic flavors and you can add substitutions, i this recipe I use ground turkey and utilize some wonderful spices like rosemary, Chile pepper, turmeric powder, garlic and onion powder to create more zing and tasty bites.
You can have this for breakfast with some simple fried eggs or even in an open face sandwich for a nice healthy meal with a side dish. Or better yet, consider some of the suggested dishes you can serve this with below.

Ingredients for your keto breakfast sausage patties
1 pound of ground pork or turkey pork
2 tbsp of olive oil for frying
1 tsp rosermary
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sage
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
How to make this keto breakfast sausage patties
In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix everything well
Divide the mixture into six patties to be fried
Use a non stick skillet and add your olive oil and pan fry over medium heat for each patty approximately 2-3 minutes per side and cook well
How long do the sausages last in the fridge?
You can easily store these fried sausages in the fridge for about a week or if you want to, you can also freeze them in a freezer bag and place in your freezer compartment.
