Ingredients
  

  • 1 piece apple diced into small bite size pieces
  • 1 cup blue berries
  • 1 Head cabbage and cup up into small thing slices
  • 2 stalks celery cut into small, diced pieces
  • 1/4 Cup sliced almonds – you can substitute with any nut you have available
  • 2 tbsp Greek style yogurt
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

This dish comes together quickly and in under thirty minutes with most of the prep time slicing the ingredients and the recipe is as follows.

    Place all the dry ingredients and fruit together into a bowl and add the the yogurt and then the apple cider vinegar and then mix well.

      Add the salt and pepper to taste
