- 1 Can tuna in water – open and break down into flakes
- 2 Large hard boiled eggs – chilled overnight and sliced and diced
- 2 Stalks celery – cut up into small crunchy bites
- 2 tbsp mixed nuts – cut up into small bits
- 2 tbsp Greek Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Classic caesar dressing
In a medium bowl add the tuna, eggs, celery and mixed nuts.
Fold in the Greek Yogurt, caesar dressing and mustard and mix well
Add the Salt and pepper to taste
