Ingredients
  

  • 1 large chicken breast cut into small chunks
  • 2 tbsp shaved parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp tumeric
  • 2 tbsp low carb Caesar salad dressing
  • 3 tbsp no sugar Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

In a medium skillet place the olive oil into pan and heat on medium heat

    Add the diced chicken and sauté till done

      Take it off the heat and spoon into a bowl to chill

        In another bowl add the Caesar salad dressing, Greek yogurt and apple cider vinegar.

          Fold in the parmesan cheese and eggs

            Add the chicken into this bowl and the blue berries and mix well and then chill in the fridge
