Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs scrambled
  • 1 cup almond milk or creme
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (i use cheddar)
  • 1 cup ham diced
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms any choice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

Heat your convection oven at 400 degrees and time for 30 minutes

    In a medium skillet heat the olive oil and garlic

      Add the ham, mushrooms and then the spinach until soft, add salt and pepper to taste

        When spinach is wilted, place skillet away from the stove and let cool

          In a large bowl place you almond milk, scrambled milk, and cheese and mix together well

            Fold in the the ham and mushroom and mix well

              Place all the ingredients into a large oven casserole dish and when the oven is ready and preheated, set into the oven.

                After the oven sounds off, check to see if it is done and maybe place on broil for 3-5 minutes to get the top golden brown.

                  Take out the quiche and set in on the countertop to chill for a short time.
