Healthy apple yogurt recipe
I love eating apples and this easy and healthy apple yogurt recipe is fast to make and nutritious. A good snack dish or breakfast side dish, you can make this with any apples that you prefer but I'm very fond of pink ladies which are crunchy and flavorful at the same time. I add some blueberries to give the dish more color and flavor.

- 1/3 cup Greek no fat yogurt
- 1 tbsp no sugar maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almonds cut up roughly
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp blueberries
- 1 cup apples cut into small bites
Cut up your apples into small bite size pieces
In a medium size bowl add our apples, blue berries yogurt and maple syrup and mix well
Add your cinnamon and ginger then mix well
Add the almond pieces on top of the bowl
Plate your dish and serve immediately
