Keto salmon patty recipe
These keto salmon patty recipes are tasty with the addition of fuikake sesame seasoning which gives it a more oriental flavoring with umame textures and flavors. Add healthy greek low carb yogurt and almond flour and you have a tasty and healthy treat to eat along with a salad main dish.

- 2 pieces salmon filets that have been cooked in olive oil and then separated into chunks
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup greek no fat yogurt
- 2 Large Eggs scrambled
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tsp Dill
- 1/3 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Sesame rice fruikake seasoningÂ
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
Combine all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl (minus the olive oil) and place back into fridge to chill and solidify ingredients
After chilling spoon out the ingredients into patty shaped and flatten them onto parchment paper
In a medium saucepan, pour some olive oil and take out the patties and lay around the pan and cook on each side for around 3 minutes
Once they are golden browned on one side flip and brown the other side and then remove and cool.
