Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp oilive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion diced thinly
  • 2 stalk celery stalk cut and diced
  • 2/3 cup mushroom
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 2 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tspn Italian herb mix
  • 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (I use cheddar cheese mixture)
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 1/2 tspn pepper
  • 1 tspn red chili pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Use a large soup pot and add your olive oil in medium heat and eventually add the butter Add the onions and sauté well and then celery mixed together.
  • Add the broccoli, dried herbs, chicken and then your broth. mix the ingredients together well.
  • Eventually add the cheese slowly into the soup and mix together well. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Ladle separately into small bowls and garnish with chili pepper flakes.
