Double boiler set up Use a double boiler system to melt and mix ingredients smoothly
Ingredients
1cubeButter
5LargeEggs
7ounceschocolate at least 70% cacao
1 1/3Cupcoconut sugar
1tbspcasava flour
Instructions
In a double boiler pan with water heating and a metal bowl not sitting directly on the water, place your slices of butter to melt.
Add your chocolate slices into the melted butter a little at a time and stir occasionally until all the chocolate is integrated with the butter mixture.
Eventually add your coconut sugar to the mixture and keep mixing until all the sugar is integrated into the mix and lower the heat temperature of the burner.
In a separate cake pan measure out a parchment paper piece about an extra two inches around the dish that will line the inside of the pan.
Wrap the parchment paper inside the dish and fold accordingly to keep the circle of the dish and lightly spray with a healthy oil.
Take the melted chocolate off the burner and let chill and eventually when it has cooled off mix in one egg at a time using a hand blender until all five eggs are incorporated into the chocolate mixture.
Add the tablespoon of casava flour and stir well.
Afterwards pour the entire contents into the round dish and make sure it covers the entire surface of the dish.
Place dish into a convention oven and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 24 minutes, take it out of the oven and place on the kitchen countertop
Notes
You can easily dress this dessert or keep it simple. I prefer to add some berry fruits that are in season, a dollop of whip cream or even a scoop of low fat ice cream on the side.
