Ingredients for these keto ham and cheese muffins
1/2 cup of ham cooked and chopped up
1/2 cup of cheese chopped, and ready to use
1/2 cup of broccoli already cooked and chopped
1/2 cup almond milk
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1/2 cup of almond flour
4 large eggs
1/2 cup of butter equivalent to one stick
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp of tumeric
2 tbsp of flax seed
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Make these savory keto ham and cheese muffins
Put the oven to preheat at 325 degrees and grease your silicone muffin cups or if you are using a muffin pan
Using a medium bowl mix the baking powder, almond butter, pepper, salt, tumeric, flax seed
In another bowl melt butter and chill, then add your garlic, eggs, almond milk, Greek yogurt and mix well
Add the dry mixture into the wet mixture and mix well
Add your broccoli and then your cheese and ham and mix well
Spray the muffin molds with non-stick cooking spray
Place a large tablespoon of mixture into each muffin spot and add to each area until you use all the mixture up.
Place this into the oven when ready and cook for 15 minutes and turn on oven light to see progress.
