Ingredients for this Ham and mushroom omelet

2 average ham slices – you can substitute with whatever you have available, turkey, chicken or even fish if you have it
One large trumpet mushroom – substitute what you have in stock to add a mushroom element to this dish
Two tbsp of shredded cheese – more if you prefer cheesier dishes
Two tbsp olive oil
One tbsp of garlic – you can omit this if you want to avoid any garlic taste for your omlette
salt and pepper to taste
How to make this ham and mushroom omelet
Place the oil in the skillet and then put in garlic minced
After the garlic is ready, add the ham and mushrooms and mix well
Scramble the eggs quickly and pour into the mix
Add your cheese to the skillet
If you can flip this into the other half side of the skillet then do so, if it falls apart then just treat it like a scramble
Add your salt and pepper to taste.
Take out of the skillet and plate the dish and serve warm.
