Ingredients for this Keto Chicken Caesar salad
1 large chicken breast cut into small chunks
2 large eggs, boiled and then chopped up
2 tbsp shaved parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp low carb Caesar salad dressing
3 tbsp no sugar Greek yogurt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
How to make this delicious Keto Chicken Caesar salad
In a medium skillet place the olive oil into pan and heat on medium heat
Add the diced chicken and sauté till done
Take it off the heat and spoon into a bowl to chill
In another bowl add the Caesar salad dressing, Greek yogurt and apple cider vinegar.
Fold in the parmesan cheese and eggs
Add the chicken into this bowl and the blue berries and mix well and then chill in the fridge
How to plate the dish and add sides
I love to eat this dish typically on various ways depending on my mood.
