Two salmon filets that have been cooked in olive oil and then separated into chunks

¼ cup of almond flour

1/3 cup of greek no fat yogurt

Two eggs

One tpsn parsley

One tpsn dill

½ juice of lemon

Two tbsp sesame rice fruikake seasoning – you can substitue with any fuikake seasoning toppings

3 tbsn of olive oil

Combine all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl (minus the olive oil) and place back into fridge to chill and solidify ingredients

After chilling spoon out the ingredients into patty shaped and flatten them onto parchment paper

In a medium saucepan, pour some olive oil and take out the patties and lay around the pan and cook on each side for around 3 minutes

Once they are golden browned on one side flip and brown the other side and then remove and cool.
