Yest this salmon patty is very healthy and keto friendly. The salmon itself is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids which is one of the better known healthy fat. These patties are a great source of protein and are also very low in carbohydrates and sugar.
Ingredients for salmon patties
Two salmon filets that have been cooked in olive oil and then separated into chunks
¼ cup of almond flour
1/3 cup of greek no fat yogurt
Two eggs
One tpsn parsley
One tpsn dill
½ juice of lemon
Two tbsp sesame rice fruikake seasoning – you can substitue with any fuikake seasoning toppings
3 tbsn of olive oil
Directions to making your salmon filets
Combine all the ingredients into a medium sized bowl (minus the olive oil) and place back into fridge to chill and solidify ingredients
After chilling spoon out the ingredients into patty shaped and flatten them onto parchment paper
In a medium saucepan, pour some olive oil and take out the patties and lay around the pan and cook on each side for around 3 minutes
Once they are golden browned on one side flip and brown the other side and then remove and cool.
