Two hard boiled eggs – chilled overnight and sliced and diced
Two stalks of celery – cut up into small crunchy bites
two tbsp of mixed nuts – cut up into small bits
Two tbsp of Greek Yogurt
Two tbsp of Classic caesar dressing
One tbsp of dijon mustard
One pinch of kosher salt
One pinch of kosher pepper
Directions to make Tuna and egg salad
In a medium bowl add the tuna, eggs, celery and mixed nuts.
Fold in the Greek Yogurt, caesar dressing and mustard and mix well
Add the Salt and pepper to taste
