4 large, boiled eggs and diced into small pieces
1 large ripe avocado diced
1/2 small lemon juiced
1/3 cup of chicken cut into small cups
3 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp parmesan cheese shredded
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
